We built Prosper because entrepreneurship can feel lonely—and we know that firsthand. As founders, we’ve always felt most seen, supported, and inspired in group settings surrounded by people who understand the ups and downs of building something from the ground up. What we needed most wasn’t just financial clarity or operational guidance—it was connection. A place to talk it out, share what’s working (and what’s not), and feel less alone in the process.

Alison Belilty is the Founder & CEO of the creative marketing studio YEAR-ROUND and the bespoke experiential mobile catering company à la carte, while Kuma Gassoul is the Founder & CEO of the performance marketing agency Kuma Agency and Co-Founder of the AI consultancy PrompLab AI.

Together, we’ve built multiple businesses from the ground up—and through it all, one thing has remained true: community makes the journey better. Prosper was built to be that community. A space where entrepreneurs can problem-solve together, share honest experiences, and build meaningful connections that spark real growth.
